Working with trial lawyers, Rodrigo has also been instrumental in crafting technical strategies for complex patent infringement and invalidity lawsuits.

He holds a BSc in Electronic and Computer Engineering and is pursuing a law degree and a postgraduate degree in Astrophysics. In 2023, Rodrigo was acknowledged in Leader's League as a Highly Recommended for Patent Prosecution in Intellectual Property in Brazil.
